“Sea Otter” is our first upcoming race and is located near Salinas, CA. This competition is scheduled from October 7th to the 9th, making it primarily during the week. This is also an overnight event and camping will be required in order to compete.
We will be leaving on 10/6, Wednesday afternoon and racing on Thursday morning 10/7 and the race itself will be throughout that day. On Friday 10/8 we will be able to enjoy other events and meet the vendors and event sponsors. We would then be returning home on Saturday 10/9 by about 12 noon.
Due to the popularity of this event, we must register those who want to compete as soon as possible!
We understand that this is during a school week and your child may need to be excused from school and arrange for homework and their school assignments in order to participate. Please let me know your availability for your rider’s participation by Friday, July 9th before 9:00 PM.
RACE COST
The race cost is $395 per rider. This includes the transportation to and from the race location, three nights of overnight camping with Coach supervision, all meals, and the new team jersey for this season.
