Description
All season team payments are non-refundable once paid. Team fees secure an athlete’s roster spot and cover operational costs. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed practices, races, injuries, illness, schedule conflicts, or early withdrawal for any reason. Payments are non-transferable.
Race registrations and race-related expenses are separate from team fees and are optional. Participation in races is not required to be a member of the BDR. Any race fees are subject to the policies of the event organizers and are outside the control of BDR.
Athletes and families understand that team members may be removed from the program for violating team guidelines, including but not limited to unsafe behavior, poor sportsmanship, drug/ alcohol, or other inappropriate activities. Such removal does not entitle the athlete or family to any refund.
By registering and submitting payment, athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to these terms.
