Description
Payment for MTBX trips reflects the final group size, with any required deposit already deducted from the total price. All payments are non-refundable. Travelers must obtain a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA), which must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to departure; please do not wait until the last minute. Once approved, a screenshot of the confirmation must be emailed to MTBX. All participants are also required to complete the MTBX International Liability Form, which is attached and must be filled out and returned via email. In addition, travelers must email PDF copies or clear photos of the following documents: a valid passport, a health insurance card, and a dental insurance policy.
