Camp is non-refundable and only valid for the week booked. The exceptions to the no-refund policy are the following:
Weather.
- MTBX can cancel Summer Camp due to weather.
- MTBX may offer a make-up date due to weather if applicable. Riders unable to attend makeup date will be given credit of equal value.
- MTBX makes trail conditions decisions daily, riders who choose not to ride with MTBX when conditions are manageable will not be refunded.
Illness.
- Riders who are unable to participate due to illness will be given in store credit of equal value.
- Riders who become ill during Summer Camp will not be refunded.
Injury.
- Riders who are unable to participate due to injury prior to Summer Camp will be given in store credit of equal value.
- Riders who are injured during Summer Camp will not be refunded.
Behavior.
- MTBX reserves the right to dismiss riders from Summer Camp at parents’ expense.
- Riders will be held to a strike system.
- Riders who receive 3 strikes will be removed from Summer Camp and must be picked up by parents at location.
- Refunds will not be given.
