Description
Program fees cover transportation, food, coaching, and camping-related expenses only. Race registration fees, licenses, lift tickets, and any event-specific requirements are the sole responsibility of the rider and must be completed directly with the race organizer.
Travel fee includes: transportation, accommodation, all meals, coaching, and White Water Rafting!
BDR is not responsible for incidents occurring during races or official pre-practice sessions, which are governed by event organizers and race officials. BDR will make reasonable efforts to prepare riders in advance and, when circumstances allow, assist with coordinating medical care or hospital transport. BDR does not provide medical services and cannot guarantee outcomes.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
BDR enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Possession, use, or distribution of drugs, alcohol, or misuse of prescription medication will result in immediate removal from the program or event without refund. Parents/guardians are responsible for any costs related to early removal or transport.
