Rooted in respect for those who came before us, MTBX’ premier race team was founded in 2021 with a vision: to chase excellence on two wheels while honoring the pioneers who paved the trail we now ride. Our journey began with our debut competition at the legendary Sea Otter Classic a fitting stage for the launch of what would become a relentless pursuit of podiums, progress, and passion.
From those early race days to today, our team has grown into a force to be reckoned with on the California circuit and beyond. Whether barreling down rugged descents in Downhill, navigating the grit and strategy of Enduro, or grinding out miles in Cross Country, our riders have consistently delivered high-caliber performances, collecting accolades and inspiring the next generation of racers.
Through changing lineups and evolving race formats, one thing has remained constant: our unwavering commitment to the spirit of competition and community. Every rider who has donned the Black Diamond Racing jersey has brought something unique to the team a blend of determination, grit, and camaraderie that fuels our fire and keeps the wheels spinning.
